This was on the expected lines as well since the ticket prices went up to normal and then a substantial part of the opening weekend audience had already watched the film on Friday. The key was that the drop doesn’t turn out to be so heavy that the momentum just can’t be gained in days to follow. From that perspective, it would have helped if the collections had stayed in Rs. 2.50-3 crores zone.
