Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the film Ardh . On Tuesday, Rubina shared the first poster of the film announcing that the shoot has begun. The film also stars Rajpal Yadav, Hiten Tejwani, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. In the poster shared by Rubina, she is seen wearing a saree with gajras adorning her hair. The Akshay Kumar action entertainer Bellbottom released a couple of days back in theatres in India. In the overseas territory of U.A.E the film released a day later owing to the censor issues. Initially reports surfaced that the film had been banned in the U.A.E market, however the local censor board approved of the film permitting its release. Actor Armaan Kohli was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on Sunday following a raid at his residence on Saturday. Drug peddler Ajay Singh alias Mamu, aged 50, has also been arrested and preliminary investigation by the NCB has revealed that Singh had links with the international drug syndicate and prostitution racket. The agency also recovered some WhatsApp chats regarding the purchase of drugs between the two. The Mumbai Anti Narcotics Cell had arrested Singh in 2009 when his name had first surfaced in a drugs case. On Saturday, the NCB arrested Singh from new Haji Ali and recovered 25 gms of MD drugs from him. The drugs that he sold in Mumbai reportedly came from Colombia and Peru. According to the police, he had connections with Bollywood celebrities and was often seen at their parties as well. On Monday, Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate(ED) in Delhi as a witness in a Rs. 200 crore money laundering case. Reportedly, the actress was a victim of the same racket. Reportedly, the sources in the ED said that the actor fell on the radar of Sukesh Chandrashekar, through his partner Leena Paul. Chandrashekar is the alleged mastermind of the racket. Fernandez is being examined as a witness in the money laundering case and is not an accused, clarified the source. Actor Armaan Kohli was arrested on Sunday, August 29 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for illegal possession of drugs. A day before, on Saturday, the actor's residence was raided after which on the same evening he was taken to the NCB office for questioning. Reportedly, he is facing some serious charges. As per reports, Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede of NCB said that several charges have been levelled against Kohli apart from the consumption of drugs. He said that Kohli will be produced in court on Monday, August 30. Armaan Kohli was also arrested in 2018 by the Excise department. He was caught possessing 41 bottles of scotch whiskey at his residence which was against the law. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested actor Armaan Kohli for illegal possession of drugs, on August 29. On Saturday, August 28, the actor's residence was raided after which the same evening, he was taken to NCB office for questioning. According to the reports, on Saturday, a team of the anti-drugs agency had intercepted one major drug peddler, Ajay Raju Singh. He was in possession of illegal drugs. The same day, the agency launched a follow up operation after interrogation of Singh. Following his inputs, the agency headed to Armaan Kohli's house. As per reports, a small quantity of cocaine was recovered. Armaan Kohli was arrested in 2018 by the Excise department. He was caught possessing 41 bottles of scotch whiskey at his residence which was against the law. On the work front, Armaan Kohli has worked in films like Jaani Dushman and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo . A Delhi court Saturday, August 28, directed Honey Singh, real name Hirdesh Singh, to appear before it on September 3. This is in connection with the domestic violence case that has been filed by his wife Shalini Talwar as she approached the court alleging physical, mental, and emotional abuse. His wife Shalini Talwar broke down in court during the hearing. She said that she had given him her ten years and was by his side but he had abandoned her. Metropolitan Magistrate Tania Singh asked Talwar what she wanted from the court. The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested Bollywood and TV actor Gaurav Dixit after getting ‘MD’ and ‘Charas’ from his house. As per ANI, "NCB arrested TV actor Gaurav Dixit after MD and Charas was recovered from his residence in a raid. He has been arrested in connection with the interrogation of actor Ajaz Khan." The NCB official said that Gaurav will be produced in court for custody. Earlier in April, NCB found large quantities of illegal drugs at his residence in Lokhandwala. Yesterday we saw the release of the Amitabh Bachchan – Emraan Hashmi starrer Chehre. However, the film took off to a lacklustre start with predictions indicating not much improvement in the days to come. On the other hand, the Akshay Kumar starrer Bellbottom continues its run at the box office. Reports suggest that Chehre has managed to collect Rs. 40 lakhs on Day 1, a rather dismal opening which is currently being attributed to the low key reviews and the ongoing Covid-19 protocols that have greatly diminished occupancy rates in theatres. Bellbottom that received positive reviews and feedback from the audience continues its run managing to rake in double of that Chehre did on Day 1.
