Ajay Devgn starrer Singham Again clocks Rs. 19.20 cr. across PVR Inox and Cinepolis multiplex chains on Day 1

Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, the much-anticipated third installment in the Singham franchise, has generated immense excitement. With the release of an explosive, extended trailer, anticipation surged, reflected in the robust advance bookings. Early estimates suggest the film surpassed Rs. 40 crores on its opening day, despite facing competition from the high-profile release Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Although Singham Again primarily appeals to single-screen audiences, its performance in major multiplexes has been remarkable. On its first day, the Ajay Devgn-led film earned Rs. 15.80 crores in PVR Inox and an additional Rs. 3.4 crores in Cinepolis, totaling Rs. 19.20 crores in these two prominent chains alone.

This impressive start indicates strong support from theatergoers. Alongside Devgn in the lead role, the film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Akshay Kumar, and Jackie Shroff.

With the weekend and festive season underway, Singham Again is poised to achieve even greater box office numbers in the coming days.
