Yash Raj Films has announced the title of its upcoming romantic action drama, Beparwah, starring Ahaan Panday and Sharvari. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on March 26, 2027. The production house unveiled the title alongside a teaser poster, marking exactly five months until the film arrives in cinemas. Actor Tiger Shroff has sold a residential apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for Rs 9 crores, according to property registration documents shared by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix. The transaction was registered on October 22, 2026, adding to the actor’s recent property deals in Mumbai and Pune. The apartment is located on the ninth floor of Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society in Khar West. According to the documents, the property has a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet, along with an exclusive area of 95.80 square feet.
