Ranbir Kapoor starrer to become the first Indian ‘Adults only’ certified film to collect USD 1 million on premiere day at the North America box office

The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandana has been making headlines. Ever since the release of the first poster the hype surrounding the film has been building with each passing day. Now as the release date of the film draws near, the advance booking for Animal has been stunning. In fact, based on the advance booking for the first day shows of the film trade expects Animal to take off on a roaring note. If that was not enough, at the North America box office, the film is all set to create history.

Based on reports, Animal has already managed to rake in USD 750K from advance bookings for its premiere day at the North America box office. Interestingly, the advance bookings for the film are still on and trade predicts that Animal is more than likely to see over USD 1 million coming in on its premiere day. With this, Animal is all set to become the first ever A rated film to do so in Indian film history.

Currently, Animal is enjoying incredible trending in both the domestic and international markets. In fact, early trade predictions state that the film which comes with immense anticipation and expectations will open with a bang. As for collections, Animal is expected to emerge as one of the biggest money spinners of the year.

Gulshan Devaiah starts shooting Ulajh with Janhvi Kapoor and Roshan Mathew; says I am playing a complicated part

Gulshan Devaiah has started shooting for his upcoming film Ulajh. The movie has Janhvi Kapoor and Roshan Mathew as his co-stars. Since the movie is about Indian Foreign Services (IFS), the major portion of the shoot is expected to be done in various foreign locations. Sharing his reaction on the commencement of the film’s shoot, Gulshan said in a statement, “It’s been a good year for me so far and Ulajh has a great cast put together and I’m really looking forward to filming this film with them.
